Travis over at MLS Offside posted a great video from FC Dallas yesterday and, as I get asked almost daily about how to "make a viral" (viral, as Brendan Cooper so rightly says, is an effect not a tactic), I just had to share it with you guys. It's a brilliant piece of opportunism.
In their opening match against Chicago last weekend, FCD went one up thanks to a goal from his own half by Kenny Cooper. It was a great strike, but one which no goalkeeper should concede. Jon Busch was apparently "off his line", but it looked to me like he was back in plenty of time.
Anyway, FCD have pounced on this and produced a clever video showing a few of Cooper's team-mates attempting to replicate his achievement. I can't predict whether this goes viral in the States, but I must say I kinda like it. Cheap, clever, entertaining content. And hosted off-site! It's a digital thinker's dream! Enjoy.

That was pretty good. I especially love Moor telling the guys that couldn't get it there to go inside. And Breck Shea's hair is out of control.
