They are indicating that Gareth Barry is of the same class as Lampard, Rooney and Torres? Fools...
Joking aside, Man City should be considered as part of the top 4 on merit, not on paper or spending power.
It's completely ridiculous.
The "Big Four" is a sick-making concept at its best, but to shunt Arsenal out for a team that finished mid-table on the basis that they're filthy stinking rich? Typical SKY.
Besides which, why Arsenal? If it's done on previous league position, Man City don't qualify. If it's money, Liverpool are in debt too. Is it because Arshavin's a bit funny-looking?
Sod the big four, but if you're going to market on the back of it you can't pick and choose which teams.
