Top 5: Premier League haircuts

Wednesday, 18 February 2009

My heartfelt thanks to large gentleman and fellow NFL fan (and Dingle) @TallEddie for this week's idea, and to the excellent Off The Post, whose Do Are Ya? feature reminded me of one of these barnets.

Jason Lee, Nottingham Forest (Virgin Media)

Tony Daley, Aston Villa (Gazeta)

Djibril Cisse's green number, Sunderland (BBC)

Benoit Assou-Ekotto, Tottenham Hotspur (4thegame)

David James, Porsmouth (BBC)

Clearly this is all a matter of taste, so get those comments in and tell me why these aren't the best five haircuts since the Dawn of Time (copyright SKY Sports) in 1992.

I had completely forgotten the Tony Daley cut which he retained when he move to the Molineux (I think - he only played 13 times in 4 years) - if only I could pull it off myself!

No Fellaini, surely the best barnet to grace the premiership in years.
